About the 'Leven' The Barge is a very different way of entertaining. Fully licensed, she is operated as a private dining and meeting venue providing an intimate and fascinating place to hold Business Lunches and Receptions, Cocktail parties, meetings, awaydays and private parties, small weddings and other family celebrations.
As you have exclusive use of the Barge menu choice is flexible so set menus can be mixed & matched. All food is freshly cooked on board using only the best ingredients and organic meats, Home-made bread and ice creams. We offer seasonal suggestions for your menu and we have vegetarian options available. We cater for a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 22 guests for seated Lunch or Dinner and from 22 to 50 for a drinks party or buffet. We ask for final numbers to be confirmed 24 hours in advance of a party. Hire of the barge for lunch or dinner is £150.00 plus VAT.
When you book a function you have exclusive use of the barge. Lunch is from 12.30 and 4pm and between 7pm and Midnight for dinner. After Midnight a charge of £100.00 per hour will apply. We have a large outside pontoon area with tables and chairs for use weather permitting, with great views of Canary Wharf and the floating footbridge.
